Scope of Experience

Kelly Disser is an Executive Vice President with the Industrial Services Group of NAI Hiffman. Kelly leads a team who represents private companies, owners, financial institutions, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of industrial real estate assets, investments and land. Since 2008, he has completed in excess of 400 transactions exceeding $3.1 Billion in transaction value.Kelly’s unique experiences and fierce competitive drive enable him to achieve and exceed his clients’ goals.

Background & Experience

Kelly began his real estate career in 2002 with Duke Realty Corporation as an intern while finishing his football career at Butler University. At Duke, he was responsible for financial and operational management of a 22 million-square-foot portfolio. After working for Duke, Kelly worked for Tabani Group, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, growing the company’s exisiting real estate portfolio through investments and new development. In 2008, Kelly joined NAI Hiffman and became a shareholder in 2015. Kelly has been a top producer for the past 10+ years (2021 Top Producer) and has developed a team that delivers unmatched market intelligence which results in market-making solutions for his clients.
